We believe it is important for our patients to understand our financial policy prior to beginning treatment.  We will assist you in achieving the maximum allowable benefits from your insurance. We will bill both your primary and secondary insurance if we are provided with the required information in a timely manner.  Patient co-payments are due at the time of each visit, and patient responsibility portions are due within 30 days of receipt of your monthly statement. If you have financial questions or concerns at any time, please do not hesitate to speak with our billing department.
